Terms and Conditions for Rallyn

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Rallyn mobile application (the "App"), provided by David Lino (the "Developer", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading and using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

The App is a sports scoring and statistics tracking tool. It is offered under different tiers. We reserve the right to modify, add, or deprecate features in any tier over time.

• Free Tier: Provides access to a limited set of basic features, such as the homescreen and match highlights. This tier may be supported by advertisements.
• Subscription Tiers ("Rallyn Pro"): We offer weekly, monthly, and yearly subscriptions that provide access to all available features, including premium performance and statistics analysis tools.
• Lifetime Tier: A one-time purchase that grants access to the same set of offline features available to users with an active subscription. If an offline feature is deprecated or changed for subscribers, the same change will apply to Lifetime Tier users. This tier does not grant access to future features that may require ongoing server costs.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

• Payment: All payments are processed directly by the Apple App Store. We use the third-party service RevenueCat to help manage subscription statuses and verify purchases, but RevenueCat does not process payments. All payment transactions are subject to the Apple App Store's terms and conditions.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period unless you cancel them. You can manage your subscriptions and cancel auto-renewal in your App Store account settings.
• Lapse of Subscription: If your subscription lapses, you will revert to the Free Tier. You will lose access to the premium features, but all your data will remain stored locally on your device. You can regain access by purchasing a new subscription.

3. User-Generated Content

You retain full ownership of all the data, scores, notes, and other content you create within the App ("User Content"). All User Content is stored locally on your device or, at your option, in your personal iCloud account. We have no access to your User Content, unless you explicitly send it to us using any of our support channels.

4. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the App.
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Sell, rent, or lease your access to the App.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. You can terminate this agreement at any time by deleting the App from your device and cancelling any subscription you might have.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the App.
